All original content, branding, graphics, designs, source files, text, layouts, and materials created by GPE remain the intellectual property of GPE unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use approved final deliverables for their intended business or personal use.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, claim ownership of, or commercially reproduce GPE materials without permission.
9. User Content
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to GPE.
By submitting content, clients confirm they have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use those materials.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold GPE harmless from claims related to unauthorized or unlawful submitted content.
10. Prohibited Uses
